Amira kimono, in silk velvet, is inspired by Majestic Traditional Caftans.

All embroideries on this Kimono are handmade by our artisans with a golden thread "sqalli" following the Tarz Rbati technique (Rabat). A technique that we wanted to highlight on this Kimono Amira.

The handmade Tarz Rbati requires long meticulous work that our artisans conduct during weeks; Each pattern represents a symbol of Moroccan and Arab culture or traditions, which makes Kimono Amira a sumptuous piece!

It is a one-size-fits-all model that fits S, M or L.

Our models usually wear 36 and measure between 1.67 and 1.70 meters.

Dry cleaning remains the most effective way to maintain it, but other solutions exist.

Hand wash : Before washing, turn the garment inside out so that you treat the flat side. Use a small amount (no more than a teaspoon) of liquid detergent designed for delicates in cold water. Immerse it in soapy water, then rinse thoroughly. Hang or let dry flat.

Machine wash : If you want to machine wash your velvet, wash it on its own or on a low load to prevent over-agitation. Use cold or cool water settings. Avoid bleach and fabric softeners, as they can ruin the delicate down. Quickly remove it from the machine when the cycle is complete. Hang it up or let it dry flat.

Ironing : Use a handheld steamer to lift the pile as needed. If you don't have a handheld steamer, you can hold an iron a few inches above your garment in steam mode.
